In our class, all people from ages 16 and up can hop on our 45-minute Zoom call, to follow along as we stretch and do yoga. You do not need any previous experience or talent in this class, and it's for all levels and body types.
This class will take place every Saturday and Sunday at 9 AM. Choose which day will work best for you when you book your sessions.
According to Harvard Health Publishing, yoga develops inner awareness, focuses attention on your body's abilities at the present moment, helps develop breath, and strength of mind and body. Yoga also has positive effects on your cardiovascular system. Stretching helps keep your muscles flexible and healthy, prevent injuries, improve muscle function, and without it, muscles shorten and become tight.
