If you are training at home, we will bring all necessary equipment to your house.
We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. If you have long hair, make sure to bring a hair tie.
We train ages from 12 to 90.
No, there is no experience needed.
Yes, we have many clients that overcame their injuries and are getting stronger.
